Job Summary :
As a Senior Cognos Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in an agile team responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-level ERP applications. You will collaborate closely with customers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and product updates. Your expertise in IBM Cognos, Java, and SQL will be essential in troubleshooting, gathering requirements, and ensuring the seamless integration and performance of our applications. You will work on mission-critical systems, requiring a deep understanding of both application logic and database architecture, and support customer issues during US East Time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and support enterprise-level ERP applications using IBM Cognos, Java, and SQL.
- Interface directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and gather requirements.
