How You’ll Make an Impact

• Build for Millions: You’ll design and implement high‑performance, fault‑tolerant backend services that power our global operations.
• Architect the Future: Translate complex business needs into elegant technical solutions using Java 17 and Spring Boot .
• Collaborate Globally: Work in an Agile environment with diverse teams across the world. You’ll be a key voice in technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.
• Elevate the Team: Act as a technical leader by mentoring junior engineers and promoting a culture of clean code, TDD, and excellence.
• Solve High‑Stakes Challenges: Proactively tackle production issues and drive root‑cause analysis to ensure our systems stay resilient during peak traffic events.

Tools and Technologies

• Core: Strong proficiency in Java (we use 11/17) and the Spring Ecosystem (Boot, Cloud, Security).
• APIs: Experience building and scaling RESTful or GraphQL services.
• Data: Familiarity with SQL (MySQL/Postgres) and an interest in NoSQL (MongoDB, Neo4J, or Cassandra).
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with (or a desire to learn) Azure/GCP , Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Engineering Rigor: A focus on CI/CD, observability (Splunk/Prometheus), and automated testing.
