Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – L2 Production Support (Java / Unix / SQL)

Shift: Monthly Rotational (24×7 Support)
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST
Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Unix, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynatrace monitoring tools, incident management, and 24×7 production support environments

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Provide L2 Production Support for business-critical applications.
• Handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues promptly.
• Work on Core Java / Spring Boot-based applications for debugging and issue resolution.
• Perform SQL troubleshooting and database query optimization.
• Use Dynatrace and OEM / Logscale for application and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with L1 and development teams to ensure system stability.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues.
• Work in rotational shifts to ensure 24×7 production coverage.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
• 4–8 years of Production Support experience (L2 level).
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java / Spring Boot.
• Proficient in Unix commands and SQL.
• Experience in Dynatrace monitoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of Incident Management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Good-to-Have
• Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) or Logscale.
• Exposure to ITIL practices and automation in production environments.
• Experience working in the banking or financial domain
