We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer who wants real ownership and a clear path into technical leadership, with genuine progression to Head of Technology.
What You'll Do
Design and ship AI and LLM-powered features (OpenAI, Anthropic)
Build scalable backend systems in Python and Django
Lead technical design and evolve system architecture
Manage third-party integrations (payments, messaging, supplier APIs)
Improve performance, reliability, and security
Mentor a junior developer and raise engineering standards
