About the Role

This is an on-site role in Madrid (4-5 days per week) within Qualcomm XR Labs Europe. You will work in a true R&D environment, alongside senior engineers and researchers, building core software systems that enable next-generation, self-contained XR platforms. The position offers real ownership, technical autonomy, and direct impact on the transition from research prototypes to production systems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python in production environments.
  • Solid software design skills: clean code, modularity, and testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems (TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
