Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives from discovery to delivery, following a you build it, you own it philosophy for both development and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders to design new services and components
  • Coach less experienced engineers, driving the team’s overall effectiveness and technical trajectory.
  • Partner with Product and Operations teams to ensure technical solutions align with global business goals.

  • Backend Engineering: Extensive experience with complex software systems using Python preferred; open to other OOP backgrounds
