Senior Software Engineer - Master Data (MDG)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance SAP MDG data models, entity types, and change request workflows
• Implement and manage governance processes for Material, Customer, Vendor, and Financial master data
• Develop and maintain data replication scenarios using the Data Replication Framework (DRF)
• Configure and support approval workflows using SAP BRF+, FPM, and SAP Workflow
• Develop ABAP enhancements for validations, derivations, BADIs, and UI logic
• Ensure performance-optimized, scalable, and compliant MDG configurations
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders across geographies
• Troubleshoot workflow and replication issues and perform root cause analysis
• Support testing cycles, go-live activities, and hypercare with focus on data quality and integrity
