Senior Software Engineer

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Experience- 5+Yrs Location: NCR/ Delhi Notice Period: Immediate Joiner About the Team We are a passionate engineering team focused on building innovative software products that solve critical customer pain points in the supply chain industry. Our team of full-stack engineers is developing new technologies to identify, prevent, and reduce supply chain errors, helping customers operate more efficiently and reliably. This role will be part of the Engineering organization and will report directly to the CTO. Key Responsibilities Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept through production release. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems, set goals, and deliver product features. Lead engineering efforts for both new and existing products. Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor end-to-end frontend and backend features. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to minimize customer-facing outages. Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards through code reviews, architecture reviews, internal tooling, and documentation. Help shape technical best practices and engineering direction across the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a cloud-based environment. Strong proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. Experience leading or owning engineering projects end to end. Strong English communication and comprehension skills. Self-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to excel with minimal supervision. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Hands-on development experience in either Java, Golang or Javascript., ReactJs Hands-on development experience with Relational DBs, preferably in MariaDB or MySQL. Experience with NoSQL DBs such as MongoDB will be advantageous. Hands-on experience in automating the testing of the applications using Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Mocking etc. A good understanding of commonly used Software Design Patterns.
