Focus of the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Retail Inventory Management Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Retail modules and a strong understanding of inventory management principles, with the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs and collaborate effectively across teams.

What You’ll Do

· Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Retail IMS, ReIM, RPM, and ReSA modules.

· Manage and maintain Oracle HTTP Server and WebLogic configurations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· Work closely with business and IT teams to implement and enhance inventory management solutions.

· Analyse inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity across inventory systems and reports.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory processes with supply chain and retail operations.

· Stay updated on retail industry trends and recommend improvements based on best practices.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have experience with the following:

· 10+ years of hands-on development experience with Oracle Retail.

· In-depth knowledge of Oracle Retail modules: IMS, ReIM, RPM, and ReSA.

· Hands-on experience with Oracle HTTP Server and WebLogic.

· Proven experience with Oracle Retail Inventory Management System (IMS) or similar platforms.

· Strong understanding of inventory management principles and operational best practices.

· Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; analytical mindset.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and manage multiple priorities.

· High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.

· Knowledge of supply chain and retail industry trends is a plus.
