The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Python & Go) to help evolve a mission‑critical backend platform.

This is a hands‑on builder role focused on:

  • Breaking down a production monolith into high‑performance services
  • Owning reliability, scalability, and observability
  • Solving real‑time AI orchestration challenges under 300–700ms latency

You’ll work closely with senior engineering leadership and a principal‑level engineer.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain backend services focused on performance and reliability
  • Decompose a monolith into purpose‑built microservices
  • Ensure real‑time orchestration of LLMs, ASR, TTS, and telephony
  • Push the platform toward enterprise‑grade standards (multi‑region, security, observability)
  • Improve developer experience through Helm charts and load testing

What You Will Bring

  • Strong backend experience in Python with solid Go exposure (or vice versa)
  • Monitoring with Grafana
  • Experience with high‑traffic or fast‑growing systems
