Senior AI/ML Engineer | Up to €110k B2B + PTO & Stock | Remote (EU)

A leading software company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in AI & ML to join one of the fastest growing projects in the Cloud Native space. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking challenges alongside a team of brilliant minds.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyze LLM performance
  • Optimize AI models for cost efficiency
  • Develop and implement data science solutions
  • Monitor and improve AI systems
  • Contribute to a project with the potential to revolutionize the industry
  • This is an on‑call position

Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in Python/Go
  • Experience with LLMs
  • Experience with Data Science and/or MLOps
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (API level ideally, but not mandatory)
  • Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex production issues
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Up to €110k base + stock and generous PTO package on B2B agreement
  • Work with a team of passionate and highly skilled engineers
