Who are we looking for?

Require a Salesforce tester with Annuity and Life Insurance domain knowledge at Bangalore/Chennai location with 4 to 6 years of experience. Strong Business domain skills are essential. Seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the field of life insurance and annuities.

Technical Skills:

Automation Tester

Primary Skills :

  • Salesforce testing and candidates should have experience with Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform to design, execute, and maintain test plans and scripts.
  • Understanding of data management to create and maintain test data in Salesforce.
  • Candidates should be able to work with Salesforce development tools and have a basic understanding of SFDC (Salesforce dotcom), Apex and Visualforce.
  • Experience of Salesforce platform and its various components (e.g., Sales cloud, Service cloud)
  • Selenium Automation, Functional Testing, API Testing

    • Secondary Skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of Insurance domain including policy life cycle, contract management, claim processing, commissions & disbursement, reinsurance, etc. in Life & Annuities Insurance domains
  • Analyze life insurance  processes. Participate in system testing, UAT support, and user training.
  • Policy Administration : Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient and effective management of life insurance and annuity products.
  • Agent Compensation: Work with agents to establish compensation structures that incentivize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Process life and annuity transactions such as policy changes, payouts and beneficiary updates
  • Interpret and analyze policy documents and client requests.
  • Domain knowledge in Annuities, Retirement plans, Life Insurance
  • Writing, executing, monitoring and maintenance of automated test suites.
  • CI/CD tools knowledge and Agile process
  • OOPs and JDBC Concepts.
  • Database- MySQL, Oracle
  • Debugging/Version Control- GIT, Subversion
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong programming skills
  • : verbal, both one-on-one and with a group, and written
  • SOA architecture (Service Oriented Architecture)
  • Web-Service (RESTful and SOAP)
  • One build tool – ANT and Maven.
