The ideal candidate is a seasoned software developer with a history of operating in large enterprise environment. Banking experience is preferred, but not necessary. This individual would have tangible examples of how they have led development teams to successful deployments, coached and mentored junior developers, and have contributed to enterprise level design of a system(s).
