**Overview**
Are you passionate about building intelligent, scalable systems that power next-generation AI experiences? The Microsoft Copilot Studio team within the Business Industry Copilot (BIC) organization is at the forefront of enabling makers and developers to build, publish, and manage copilots that extend across Microsoft 365 and beyond.
You lead the design and development of core capabilities in the Data Plane as part of hosting and running millions of agents. In this role, you will ensure these agents operate with sense of urgency and reliability, delivering high-performance and dependable experiences at scale.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and execution of mission-critical services that enable agents to run on a large scale. You’ll work closely with product, design, and partner teams across Microsoft to deliver features that empower users and scale across millions of tenants.
