**Overview**
The Microsoft Power Platform is entering a new era of agent-assisted, AI-enhanced app development. Our Developer Agents group builds the experiences that let makers collaborate with intelligent agents to rapidly build and refine apps.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and build high-quality, scalable user experiences and services that power agent-assisted app building. You will work across React, TypeScript, Python, and modern cloud tooling to deliver intuitive, fast, and reliable patterns for real-time collaboration between humans and agents. You will also contribute to our evaluation pipelines, including CUA evals, ensuring agent behaviors are consistent, and grounded.
This role is for a Senior Engineer who wants to lead feature development, influence architecture across the stack, and build modern, AI-aware user experiences.
