Position Description:

Responsible for leading the technical design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Acts as the primary point of contact for architecture decisions, best practices, and development governance.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
. Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and customization efforts.
. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
. Oversee development, integrations, and workflow automation.
. Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and security guidelines.
. Mentor developers and perform code reviews.
. Collaborate with functional teams (HRSD, ITSM) for cross-module alignment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
ServiceNow Platform
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD
• Expertise in:
o Business Rules
o Client Scripts
o UI Policies
o Script Includes
o Flow Designer / Workflow
o Catalog Items & Record Producers
• ServiceNow Data Model & CMDB understanding
• ServiceNow ACLs, roles, and security model
• Experience with update sets, application scope, and deployments
Development & Customization
• Advanced JavaScript in ServiceNow scripting
• REST / SOAP API integrations
• MID Server integrations
• Transform Maps, Import Sets
• Performance tuning & debugging
Architecture & Design
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical design
• Solution design across ITSM + HRSD
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices & scalable architecture
• Experience in workflow automation using Flow Designer
Governance & Quality
• Code review and mentoring experience
• Enforcing coding standards
• Performance and security compliance
• Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework)
Leadership & Collaboration
