About the Role
Software Engineering (60–70%)
Responsibilities
Strong programming skills in Python, Java Script (Node.js), and Java for building tools, automations, and integrations
API design and integration experience with internal systems and third-party platforms
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data for monitoring, logging, and automation
Kubernetes expertise (must-have): deploying, operating, and monitoring containerized workloads
Hands-on experience with observability platforms, especially Data Dog (preferred), as well as Prometheus and Grafana
Site Reliability Engineering – SRE (30–40%)
Monitoring & observability: dashboards, alerts, APM, logs, metrics, and distributed tracing
CI/CD integration of observability tools to improve deployment health and reliability
AWS cloud experience, integrating cloud services with monitoring platforms
Container and microservices monitoring in Kubernetes environments
