Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead and deliver customer-facing platforms and enterprise applications. The role requires strong technical execution, team leadership, and multi-project ownership in a product + services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development, enhancement, and deployment of web platforms and applications
  • Manage and mentor software development teams
  • Oversee software integration, configuration, and performance
  • Work closely with business and end users to deliver scalable solutions
  • Handle multiple projects with an agile mindset

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in software development and team management
  • Hands-on experience with NodeJS (mandatory) and PHP (working knowledge)
  • Strong JavaScript fundamentals
  • Experience with AWS or Azure
  • Databases: MySQL and/or MongoDB
  • Exposure to WordPress and customer-facing platforms

Education

  • B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
