Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide status updates, report on risks or issues, and suggest corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal use of assets to achieve project success. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to promote collaboration and ensure alignment with project goals. Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that expenses are monitored and controlled within the approved limits. Track and control any changes to the project scope, ensuring they are documented, reviewed, and approved through formal change control processes. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Proactively address conflicts or challenges within the project team or with external stakeholders to keep the project on track. Manage project documentation, ensuring that records of project decisions, changes, and milestones are organized and accessible. Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution discussions with the project team and stakeholders. Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, facilitating clear and transparent information flow at all project stages. Provide leadership and motivation to the project team, fostering an environment of focus, productivity, and enthusiasm for project goals. Track and report on key project performance metrics, including cost, time, quality, and resource utilization, to ensure continuous improvement and effective project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, ideally in the AMISP or infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.). Ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or technical projects is preferred.
We are hiring a UI Support Engineer to support smart meter installation applications (mobile/web) used in field operations. The role involves UI troubleshooting, validation, and testing of apps used for meter provisioning, installation workflows, and HES/MDM interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide UI support for smart meter installation portals/mobile apps.
- Troubleshoot UI issues related to meter provisioning, installation steps, workflow navigation, map view, and device status.
- Perform UI testing (functional, regression, cross-browser) for AMI/Smart Metering applications.
- Validate field‑installation screens, meter onboarding flows, and integration with backend (HES/MDM).
- Monitor UI logs, API responses, and installation error codes through DevTools / dashboards.
- Support field teams by analyzing installation failures related to UI behavior.
- Collaborate with HES/MDM teams, QA, and developers for issue resolution and UAT cycles.
- Assist during release deployments, sanity testing, and post‑production validation.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser DevTools.
- Experience in UI testing for enterprise web/mobile apps.
- Familiarity with Energy & Utility workflows like smart meter installation, commissioning, and device provisioning.
- Ability to analyze API calls (JSON/HTTP), error codes, and integration logs.
- Working knowledge of ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and user-support skills.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to AMI systems (HES/MDM), installer mobile apps, or utility field‑service tools.
- Basic knowledge of DLMS/COSEM, meter installation processes, or workforce management apps.
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium/Cypress) is a plus.
Experience:
- 2–5 years in UI Support, UI Testing, or Application Support, preferably in the Energy & Utilities / Smart Metering domain.
