Mission

Design, build, and scale the systems that power Cubbo’s logistics network across Latin America—driving faster, more reliable, and cost‑efficient deliveries for our customers.

Outcomes

• In 3 months: Deliver high-impact features and improvements independently.
• In 6 months: Own a key service or integration and elevate technical quality through reviews and mentorship.
• In 12 months: Lead a technical initiative that improves performance, reliability, or developer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong skills in Ruby on Rails, Python, or Node.js.
• Solid database experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and API design.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, or similar environments.
• Advanced English and willingness to work hybrid in CDMX.
