Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Perform account-level/program-level technical management on all application development teams, which are engaged to deliver all the software code changes necessary to implement the enhancements and/or bug fixes based on requirements or findings, which composes the target software increment required of the project team to deliver against the committed scope, either in an agile iteration or fixed timeline. To also train and coach Software Engineering Managers under the same account/program for Technical Management, and also train and coach Software Engineering Managers under the same department sector for People Management.
