The Role
We’re looking for Senior Software Engineers to join a well-established technology team building and modernising large-scale digital platforms. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, contributing to system design, delivery, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, modern engineering environment.
  
What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions
• Contribute to application architecture and technical direction
• Develop backend services and modern front-end interfaces
• Work with cloud-native and containerised systems
• Apply best practices across CI/CD, security, performance, and accessibility
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

  
Tech You’ll Work With

• Java (11 & 17), Spring Boot, Node.js, React
• AWS (ECS/Fargate, Lambda), Docker
• GitLab CI/CD, Postgres, DynamoDB

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level engineering experience
• Strong Java/Spring Boot and React expertise
• Experience with cloud-native and microservice architectures
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and containerisation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
