Senior Software Maintenance Engineer (Chinese speaking, Middleware, Java, Troubleshooting)

The Red Hat Global Support Services team is seeking a Software Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Australia, in our team of Middleware Engineers supporting the JBoss Enterprise Middleware Suite. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional support experience to both global and regional customers by providing technical support. This role requires communication skills in Mandarin to effectively support our customer base in the APAC region. We are also looking for someone who embraces AI-driven tools and technologies, using them to improve troubleshooting efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive continuous improvement in support practices.



You will be a technical expert, helping customers troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
