As a Senior Software Product Engineer on the Behavior Validation team within the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) organization, you will play a key role in managing and evolving complex behavior validation products such as the Behavior Validation Scorecard. This role combines strong product-facing responsibilities with technical expertise to ensure that validation tools meet the needs of engineering, safety, and product stakeholders.
You will build strong relationships with partner teams—including Embodied AI (EAI), safety, and product management—to align priorities and deliver impactful improvements. You will leverage data-driven approaches, such as Pareto analysis, to prioritize enhancements and guide roadmap decisions for our internal team.
