Senior Software Support Engineer

Normal Work Hours: M-F between 06:00AM-06:00PM February 2026 through September 30, 2026 (May be extended into FY27) Normal Work Hours. M-F between 06:00AM-06:00PM Critical Production Systems (MWM & MDMS RUNS 24x7x365) Hours could be performed between 5:00AM-01:00AM (Monday-Sunday) OR until environment is restored. Work Description: This resource will primarily support Mobile Workforce Management system but also back up the Meter Data Management System, as needed. The position manages and supports focused technology. Using comprehensive knowledge and competency, this position performs duties to support the running of batches, troubleshooting, making customer requested changes, writing reports, supporting training, patching and upgrading, and overall health of the system.
