Job Summary:

We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to join our Digital team. This role is critical to ensure the stability and performance of our digital platforms — which include online sales journeys and self-service portals for policyholders. You’ll work closely with internal business stakeholders, developers, and the front-line customer service team to triage incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous service improvement.
