Senior software tester

SENIOR SOFTWARE TESTER / QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER
V-Accel AI Dynamics is hiring for our Chennai office.
THE ROLE:
Lead quality assurance efforts and design robust automated testing frameworks for our enterprise Saa S applications. Build and maintain comprehensive test suites, ensure high code quality, and drive continuous testing practices across development teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- 3+ years of hands-on automation testing using Selenium with Java or Python
- 2+ years of experience with Playwright using Java/Java Script/Type Script/Python
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, API)
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Test NG, JUnit, pytest)
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining test automation scripts
- Experience with CI/CD integration and automated test execution
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum testing practices
PREFERRED:
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
- Performance testing experience (JMeter, Gatling)
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave)
- Experience with mobile testing (Appium)
- Cloud testing experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Database testing and SQL knowledge
- Experience with test management tools (Jira, Test Rail, Zephyr)
- ISTQB or similar testing certifications
