Senior Software Tester

Overview

UST is seeking a Sr. Tester / QA with extensive expertise in Scrum methodology, client engagement, and comprehensive testing practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both domain and technical experts within the team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to clarify complex or ambiguous requirements and acceptance criteria
• Participate actively in client meetings, demonstrations, refinement sessions, and walkthroughs
• Decompose requirements into testable scenarios aligned with user stories
• Conduct manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Communicate test scenarios, risk assessments, and findings to team members and clients
