Job description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate complex business and customer needs into clear, effective technical solutions.
• Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet regulatory requirements and key system quality attributes such as scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Promote and enforce best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration, to ensure technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Act as a mentor and technical role model, fostering collaboration and supporting the team's growth and success.

Requirements:

• Strong React expertise + embedded UI experience with Rust or C++
• Background in software engineering (regulated environments a plus)
