FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The primary focus (80%) of this role as Solutions Architect is to lead the technical pre‑sales cycle for the Elastic platform (Search, Observability, Security). The ideal candidate is a deep technical expert who can establish credibility with CTOs and Heads of DevOps, architect compelling solutions, and win technical evaluations through masterful Proofs of Concept (POCs).
In addition to their primary focus, this senior resource will dedicate approximately 20% of their time to providing high‑level technical governance and mentorship for our existing iPaaS/integration implementation team, ensuring quality and continuity of service for our current customers.
Core Responsibilities:
- (80%) Lead Technical Pre‑Sales for Elastic : Own the end‑to‑end technical sales motion for the Elastic platform, from discovery to winning the technical decision.
