About the Role
As a Presales Solution Consultant, you are essential to the sales cycle and play an important role on the Sales team. You will use your subject matter expertise in the domain to provide support to the Sales team and help drive the sale by providing influence and credibility to C-level executives.
Specific responsibilities include:
Opportunity support activity to prospective HCM prospects and customers Participating in discovery workshops with users to formulate and document business requirements, including business processes, procedures and work practices Assisting in the development of winning and differentiating value propositions and themes/messaging to customers, in collaboration with the sales team Developing and championing Workday-based solutions to client problems, communicating them with the customer, implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
