Job Description
The Senior Solution Consultant provides pre‑sales support in the development and presentation of our platform for prospective clients and current customers to address the complex problems that Workiva’s platform and solutions solve. This role serves as a trusted advisor supporting the business throughout the sales cycle by connecting customer outcomes to platform capabilities, rapidly iterating on solutions, and guiding customers through technical validation and value‑based demonstrations.
What You’ll Do
- Execute pre‑sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via virtual and onsite meetings, drive the discovery process, lead product demonstrations, and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to address customer/prospect needs.
