Senior Solution Designer (OSS/BSS)

Senior Solution Designer (OSS/BSS) is responsible to o wn and lead the end-to-end platform solution design and delivery for Core Systems within Singtel Group IT, ensuring alignment with architecture roadmaps, security standards, and business needs across the full platform lifecycle.

• End-to-end ownership of platform solution design, delivery, quality, and lifecycle management
• Ensure solutionscomply withenterprise architecture standards and information security policies
• Gather requirements, perform impact assessments, and translate business needs into scalable, robust solutions
• Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Support platforms across all phases including design, delivery, operations, and enhancements
