BAU Support
Manage GSNOW tickets for Power Apps and Power Automate; resolve or escalates issues, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain knowledge articles.
Development
Build and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate flows following governance and ALM standards.
User & Project Management
Lead minor changes, coordinate UAT, deliver training, and drive user adoption.
Governance & Compliance
Apply environment strategy, enforce DLP and connector policies, and ensure licensing compliance.
Data Handling
Perform basic SQL for troubleshooting and collaborate on Power BI and data integration points.
Documentation
Maintain technical specs, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
Experiences & Skills Requirements
Hands‑on delivery with Microsoft Power Platform
Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model‑driven), Power Automate, and Power BI integration points.
