Job Description

Overview

  • BAU Support: Manage GSNOW tickets for Power Apps and Power Automate; resolve or escalate issues, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain knowledge articles.
  • Development: Build and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate flows following governance and ALM standards.
  • User & Project Management: Lead minor changes, coordinate UAT, deliver training, and drive user adoption.
  • Governance & Compliance: Apply environment strategy, enforce DLP and connector policies, and ensure licensing compliance.
  • Data Handling: Perform basic SQL for troubleshooting and collaborate on Power BI and data integration points.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical specs, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.

Requirements

  • On-site presence in Kuala Lumpur for BAU operations, KT, and UAT.
