The Role: Senior Solutions Architect

This is a high‑impact, client‑facing role that requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strategic consulting skills, and strong problem‑solving ability. The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and optimising cloud solutions, leading transformations, and owning technical delivery for our clients.

This role is ideal for a proactive, self‑directed leader who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, can navigate ambiguity, and is comfortable challenging stakeholders to drive the right outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

• Architecting cloud solutions that balance performance, security, and cost‑efficiency
• Engaging with clients & C‑level executives to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
• Driving transformation initiatives from cloud migrations to long‑term optimisation strategies
• Owning cloud infrastructure & operations defining best practices, governance, and automation
• Solving complex problems that others may not even recognise, ensuring scalable & sustainable solutions
• Leading technical teams while collaborating with business stakeholders to drive measurable impact

• Azure Cloud & FinOps Expertise – At least 5 years of Azure experience and a proven track record in cloud cost optimisation

• Azure Cloud & Architecture (5+ years)
• Cloud Cost Optimisation & FinOps (Reducing costs while maintaining performance)
• Technical Leadership (Guiding engineering teams, defining best practices)
• Software Development (2+ years of production‑quality coding)
• Complex Transformations (Cloud migrations, governance, multi‑year execution)

Consulting & Business Acumen

• Client‑Facing Experience (Engaging with C‑level and technical stakeholders)
• Solution Design & Pre‑Sales (Planning, estimates, and execution)
• Stakeholder Management (Aligning technical and non‑technical teams)
• Strategic Thinking (Translating business goals into technical roadmaps)

• Cloud Consulting & Professional Services – Deep expertise in Azure solutions, FinOps, and cloud transformations
• Enterprise IT & Digital Transformation – Leading cloud adoption, cost optimisation, and automation
• Technology & SaaS Companies – Designing scalable, multi‑cloud or hybrid‑cloud architectures
• Financial Services & Banking – Cloud cost governance, compliance, and security in regulated environments
• Large‑Scale Cloud Migrations – Driving cloud modernisation and transformation initiatives
