Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000

About this Opportunity

This is a high-visibility Senior Solutions Architect role supporting a large-scale digital commerce transformation already in flight. The program is well underway, and this role has been created to provide strong architectural leadership , stabilize the technical direction, and guide multiple delivery partners toward a unified commerce vision.

This is a strategic, advisory position —focused on architecture, governance, and decision-making rather than hands‑on development. You will have direct exposure to senior client stakeholders and real influence over the success of the program.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and govern the end-to-end commerce architecture , with commercetools at the core
  • Finalize and validate commerce platform decisions , data models, and integration patterns
  • Align multiple system integrators and delivery teams across a complex ecosystem
  • Act as the technical authority and escalation point for architecture-related decisions
  • Guide the delivery of headless, composable, API-first solutions integrated with ERP, PIM, OMS, CMS, and payment platforms
  • Clearly communicate architectural direction, trade‑offs, and roadmaps to senior stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect within digital commerce or enterprise platforms
  • Proven architecture experience delivering multiple commerce implementations , with commercetools as a core platform
  • Deep expertise in composable, headless, API-first architectures and modern integration patterns
  • Strong understanding of commerce data modeling, domain design, and multi-system ecosystems
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience , with confidence engaging executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead through influence rather than authority
