Responsibilities

As a Senior Solutions Architect & Consultant, you will design, advise, and support large companies in their digital transformation. In your role, you will bridge the gap between business architecture and technology, being responsible for designing various services, products, and software solutions. As a pioneer, visionary, and problem-solver, you will be consulted by product teams for your expertise, enabling them to work faster and more securely while avoiding inflexible solutions that can hinder innovation.

  • Optimization of requirements (functional needs, quality attributes such as security and usability, costs, IT goals such as Cloud, DevOps, Event Streaming, API Enablement)

  • Documentation of architectural views and creation of software artifacts for the deployment process

  • Responsibility for the architecture of the solutions in compliance with technical and commercial guidelines

  • Overview of IT project architectures, early identification, and resolution of challenges

  • Consulting at the management level and support in managing software digitalization projects

  • Advising decision-makers on the specification of functional and technical requirements and communication with stakeholders

    • Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as an IT Architect (e.g., Enterprise Architect, IT Solutions Architect) with a focus on technical governance, innovation, integration, and cloud strategies

  • Solid experience in end-to-end architecture and designing applications on multiple platforms

  • Experience working with agile development teams

  • Ability to create process documentation, technical manuals, and guides

  • Familiarity with the software development process and technical skills to identify risks, propose immediate solutions, and provide guidance for computer system solutions

  • Expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices

  • Practical experience with on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations

  • Extensive experience with system integration, IT standards, architectural principles, and defining Service Level Agreements

  • Focus on reusing components in architectural designs

  • Experience in software deployment, including CI/CD and related DevSecOps practices, as well as working with cloud-based platforms like Azure or AWS

  • Strong principles for software design and development, optimized for system stability, reusability, and performance

  • Understanding of application testing, diagnosis, and performance optimization

  • Experience with selecting and integrating Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions

  • Extensive knowledge of computer software, hardware, and programming languages

  • Project management experience, ability to lead and train employees on software and computer architecture projects in an agile team environment

  • Organizational talent and time management to keep projects within time and budget constraints

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical content in an understandable way to non-technical stakeholders
