Senior Presales Solutions Architect Location: Manchester or Birmingham (2x days in office per week) Salary: £75k-£90k + Comms + Car What you'll do as our Senior Presales Solutions Architect: Partner with Sales & Account teams to understand customer needs, attend meetings and reviews, and bring the tech know-how that helps close deals. Collaborate across teams - Sales, Service Delivery, and Account Management - to win new business, support renewals and keep current customers happy. Track and manage activity in our CRM and contribute to a pipeline worth over £1m Gross Margin each year. Optimise every solution so it's profitable, reliable, and built to deliver long-lasting value. 5+ years as a Presales Solutions Architect (or similar) working closely with customers in the sales cycle. A background in technical pre-sales support in Managed WAN/LAN Services, ideally with Cisco, Extreme, or Fortinet tech under your belt.
