How will you make an impact in this role?

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven professional to join our project team being responsible for implementation of a Loyalty Platform. As a Solution Architect, you will be the key link between airline-specific application architecture and our airline-specific loyalty platform. You will:

Translate business architecture into technical solutions tailored to airline needs.

Identify gaps between platform capabilities and customer requirements.

Define interface specifications and align with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Mentor developers and foster architectural thinking across the team.

Drive solution topics with clarity, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.

Collaborate in a multicultural environment, including native Japanese colleagues and global teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience in SaaS integration and interface definition.

Solid understanding of Java, JEE, Spring, SpringBoot, REST, Hibernate, and AWS.

Strong communication skills to explain complex solutions clearly.

10 years of work experience in the relevant field.

You are a native level Japanese speaker and fluent in English, enabling seamless communication in international environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Domain knowledge in Loyalty, Airline, or Banking.

Experience in mentoring and supporting developers toward architectural roles.

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with CRM/ERP integrations
