Our 1:1 Customer Engagement Solutions team are presales product specialists in Decisioning and AI solutions. They provide thought leadership, evangelism and are trusted advisors for one to one marketing and customer engagement, and responsible for empathic Artificial Intelligence.

As a presales professional you will have a strong desire to support clients through digital transformation journeys, helping them translate business objectives into ground-breaking and cutting edge digital solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, partners and internal teams, partnering with stakeholders to ideate problems in the morning and demonstrate solutions in the afternoon through Pega Blueprint's AI-powered collaboration

You will work across multiple key accounts, collaborate closely with account teams, across the sales lifecycle. This includes account strategy and planning, prospecting, qualification, visioning & solutioning, opportunity discovery, business change, workshops, presentation and demos, business value assessments, RFx and PoC support, scoping and solution and radiation activities.

What You'll Do at Pega:


Working as part of a wider team in creating high-fidelity Pega Blueprints that frame and tailor value propositions. You'll facilitate ideation sessions using ‘Pega Customer Engagement Blueprint’ , ensuring stakeholders understand how Customer Decision Hub provides value through simulation.

You'll help translate business problems into Blueprint designs, working within an understanding of KPI funnels and success measures like conversion, customer lifetime value, and churn reduction. Collaborate with account executives, customer success managers, partners and clients to democratize access to Pega's Customer Decision Hub capabilities, making sophisticated decisioning technology accessible to business stakeholders.

What You've Accomplished:


  • Software industry expertise
  • Presales experience in enterprise software presales, consulting, or customer engagement roles
  • Exposure to marketing technology, decisioning platforms, or customer analytics preferred
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially in workshop settings
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of data-driven marketing and customer engagement principles
  • Experienced in sales methodologies and business transformation
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment, preferably sales or consulting
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic, creative environments
  • Display initiative, self-motivation and high-quality results along with meeting all expectations for both internal and external customers
  • Natural curiosity, drive, and passion for problem-solving
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Business level Italian and English
