We are seeking a passionate and innovative **Senior Solutions Engineer** to join our Engineering team as a pivotal link between our cutting-edge generative AI product and our clients.
You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to facilitate client success throughout the pre-sales, onboarding, and integration processes, shaping the future of legal technology.

- Act as a technical advisor for clients across pre-sales, onboarding, support, and business reviews
- Provide white-glove support to Enterprise clients, enabling file integration through custom-coded workflows using Python
