Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace APM Engineer with hands-on experience in configuration, administration, and L2-level support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application performance monitoring, cloud environments, and automation scripting, with a focus on optimizing observability and resolving complex monitoring issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Dynatrace dashboards, alerting profiles, and ticketing system integrations.
- Perform OneAgent and Cluster Node upgrades in Dynatrace Managed environments.
- Onboard and manage OneAgents for Kubernetes and OpenShift workloads.
- Set up and maintain ActiveGates, custom plugins, and synthetic monitoring configurations.
