Daikin Applied America's IoT/Connectivity Team is growing and we want YOU to be a part of it! As a Senior Solution Operations Lead , you will provide operational leadership and support for company controls solutions products, including building controls and cloud services. In order to be successful in this position, you must be able to work independently as well as coordinate with cross functional resources to identify and resolve issues. A key aspect of the role will be making sure that we have the correct response protocols whenever there is a connection issue - you will provide technical expertise in operational support for company controls solutions products, including building controls and cloud services. In addition, you will interact with internal stakeholders to provide fulfillment support, participate in addressing quality concerns and maintain operation of deployed solutions. You will partner with team leadership to make recommendations for system or solution improvements as we grow and scale. What you will do:
Troubleshoot and provide resolution to connected cloud systems issues and concerns Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of connected services for commercial HVAC systems Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of connected systems to meet client expectations Deploy and manage internet-connected solutions for HVAC systems Communicate and provide feedback to product management for product services operational requirements not met by current product line Provide prompt, accurate support to product manager regarding special applications and systems Analyze or propose modifications to current products and services to meet operational requirements Analyze the performance of hardware and software interfaces, and cloud applications, and identify alternatives for optimizing the usage of system resources Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, sales, project management, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and operation of connected services Provide operational support for product development and maintenance activities Assist Solutions Engineering, QA Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering with production and product quality issues Collect and evaluate statistical data relating to product and component failures Evaluate and provide resolution to field service quality issues Mentor additional staff to help in performing the operations functions Perform other related duties as assigned or requested What’s In It For You:

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position 4 Year Bachelor's Degree (or 5+ years of IoT/Connectivity expertise) 2+ Years of experience in connected services operations and/or management Proficiency in internet connectivity, cloud computing and analytics Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful implementations Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with HVAC technologies and systems Knowledge of MS Azure Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and their application in the HVAC industry Connected services management for commercial HVAC building automation systems
