Position Summary

Manage continuous improvement activities with STERIS’s Monterrey Plant. The successful candidate will identify, plan, coordinate and implement improvement projects in quality, cost, and delivery between the respective entities. Establish and maintain liaison relationships with Monterrey engineering, current products engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, purchasing, planning, marketing departments, and the supply base to meet cost optimization objectives.
