Requirements for the Role:
- Creative flair with an eye for current food trends, update menus regularly
- Thrive in a large, busy, and fast-paced work environment with strong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Wok/Grill experience is a must
- Passionate about cooking with a focus on food quality and presentation
- True passion and experience with Southeast Asian Cuisine
- Maintain food costs within budget through careful preparation, service, and storage. Plan, order ingredients, and food supplies within the budget
- Ability to create detailed recipe cards
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and inspire team members
- Experience in hatted restaurants is a plus
- Keen eye for detail and quality control
- Strong communication skills; able to follow directions and work well within a team
