About The Role
As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key leadership role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll help lead the team, maintain high food and safety standards, and deliver consistently great meals for our guests. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, commercial kitchen environment and enjoys mentoring and developing others.
