SENIOR SOUS CHEF | NEW OPENING | MANCHESTER We are beyond excited to be bringing Blacklock to Manchester later this year in a beautiful Grade II Listed warehouse in the heart of a City we have long admired and wanted to be part of. Blacklock was born from a love of great meat and fantastic experiences, championing the Chophouse and all its traditions, unpretentious and familiar and above all else, open to all. We are looking for a Senior Sous to take a leading role in our new opening and support our Head Chef in bringing all the Chop Love to our newest home.
