Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled 2D Space Planner with strong experience in commercial office space projects and exposure to large-scale developments such as Tech Parks and IT campuses . The candidate must be excellent in fast and accurate 2D drafting, space planning, zoning, site validation, and material selection. The role requires a deep understanding of functionality, compliance, and aesthetics in large commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Fast & Accurate 2D Drawing
Prepare high-quality, quick turnaround 2D drawings including:
Concept layouts
Furniture layouts
Partition layouts
Ceiling and lighting layouts
Flooring layouts
Detailed working drawings
Ensure drawings are execution-ready and meet project deadlines.
Handle multiple projects ...
