Overview

RDH is seeking a Senior Specialist, Building Enclosure to join our Canada West leadership team. We focus on delivering scalable climate‑resilient solutions for clients and future generations, with emphasis on differentiating through innovation and quality. The Canada West region leads in building science challenges, with a portfolio that includes high performance and complex projects, and aims to grow our new building consulting services and our work on existing buildings to address climate resilience.

For new buildings we target high performance, low carbon and sustainable design goals, including façades with prefabrication, international procurement, high thermal performance, and unusual geometry. Current projects include Net Zero Carbon, mass timber, and Passive House across offices, multi-unit residential, institutional, and civic projects.
